Could the key to better sleep -- and being more alert during the day -- be the soothing fragrance of jasmine?
Researchers at Wheeling Jesuit University say that folks who slept with the scent of jasmine in their bedroom reported a higher quality of sleep the next day. Study participants also said that the jasmine-scented sleep made them feel less anxious and that it prompted them to perform more rapidly on testing later in the day.
Others have touted Lavender or Chamomile as the sleep-soothing scents. What’s your take on it?
